A Quick Update …

Since I started using the "Lose It" app on my phone I have lost 6.2 pounds and I am now at my starting weight for the competition. We still have a week and a half … I may have a chance at winning this! It is pretty sad most of us are just under (within 1 pound) or over our starting weight. The idea behind it was motivation obviously that did not work.

You actually make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find this matter to be actually something that I think I would never understand.
It seems too complex and very broad for me. I'm looking forward for your next post, I'll try to
get the hang of it!
